Luxurious Condominium Lodging White Mountains NH

All condominiums have a kitchen, living room and dining room. Both the two and three bedroom have 2 full bathrooms, and one half bath. All are fully stocked with kitchen utensils and linens, and have a washer and dryer, TV and VCR.

The condominium units are not air-conditioned, however they do have fans.

Currently we have one three bedroom condominium available for winter season, conveniently located on The JACKSON SKI TOURING FOUNDATION CROSS COUNTRY SKI TRAILS and within walking distance of the hotel, all of it's amenities and the center of Jackson Village.

The rate is $9500 PLUS $1600 UTILITIES for the entire season.

• Check in at 4:00pm. Check out at 10:00am

• 2 nights minimum

• Three bedroom unit will accommodate 6 people

• Two bedroom unit will accommodate 4 people

• Each additional person over 12 years old, add $10.00 per night.

• Rates do not include maid service. This service is available at $15 per hour.

• A minimum deposit of 25 percent is required. An open credit card is required for a security deposit.

• Deposit refunded for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, with a $25 processing fee.

• A 50% deposit is required for Dec. 20 - Jan. 2 reservations, refunded only, provided notice is given 60 days prior.

• All rates do not include 8% New Hampshire Rooms & Meals Tax.
