       Local Foods and Dining at the Wentworth

The Wentworth Dining Room prides itself on using only the freshest seasonal ingredients provided by local and regional farms. In addition to our local farmers, we are proud of our own garden. We are growing many of the items you see on the menu guaranteeing the freshest meats, vegetables and seafood. Our Chef Brian Gazda, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute and who has worked at the famous Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston under the tutelage of talented Chef Daniel Bruce has brought with him an exceptional wealth of knowledge. He has been assisted in this local food project by Mark Delaney, senior Line Cook at The Wentworth. They have spent the winter researching local farms and this spring setting up orders and deliveries. If you have any dietary or vegetarian requests we will be happy to accommodate them.
