Fine Dining at the Wentworth

The dining room at the Wentworth has been described as one of the most elegant in the Mount Washington Valley. Only the finest silverware, flatware, glasses are used complimented with high thread linens. The appropriate dress attire is suggested as elegant casual, jackets are not required for evening dining. However, denim jeans, t-shirts, etc., are not considered appropriate.

Our Chef Brian Gazda, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute and who has worked at the famous Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston under the tutelage of talented Chef Daniel Bruce has brought with him an exceptional wealth of knowledge. He has extensively researched New England food products, to find the finest and freshest ingredients, producing a wide range of delicious tastes, with care and attention to detail and presentation. He will be happy to comply with any dietary or vegetarian requests and for weddings or corporate retreats and will create a special menu, customized to your tastes, leaving all of the details to our capable hands.
