Red Wines of the World
 |
Muscat grapes can
be black or white and are easy to recognize by taste and smell.
A venerable grape which spread westward from the Aegean with
Civilization, the Muscat is grown all over the world. Virtually
all muscat wine is sweet, sometimes intensely so, except for
that from Alsace, Bulgaria and some from Australia.
