Sémillion grapes
are used in a number of wines. Under the right conditions, the
Sémillion grape is subject to a fortuitout fungus which
softens the skin, allowing the juice to evaporate, and the sugar
and flavorings to become concentrated. The results: a luscious,
creamy wine.
