Thank you so much for your upcoming reservation at The Wentworth Hotel in Jackson NH. In anticipation of your stay there are a few things that we do need from you to assist us in making your stay more comfortable and safe during the COVID-19 health crisis. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to keep you and our staff safe during this time and your cooperation is essential in order for us to accomplish this. Please read our COVID-19 Commitment page for further information. 

Affidavit Signature Required:

This LINK brings you to an affidavit that you will have to sign at check in and a copy will be kept on file with your registration card. For guests visiting us from the New England States proof of residency will be required and you will be asked to sign off on our COVID-19 screening questions at check in. For guests residing in any state outside of New England you are asked to attest that you have quarantined for at least 14 day in your home, going out only for essential needs such as food purchases and that during any of these times you have worn a mask if you have been unable to maintain proper social distance. You can print this out and have it filled out prior to check in to expedite the check in procedure. 

Dinner:

Click HERE to view our current dinner menu. We ask you to take a look and let us know if you have any allergies or food requirements prior to your arrival. Dinner reservations are required and we are offering both outdoor and indoor dining with appropriate spacing between the tables. Reservations are required for dinner and we serve from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm Sunday – Thursday and until 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Please let us know your top three preferred times (we seat every 15 minutes) and we will let you know by return e-mail what time we have reserved for you. 

Breakfast:

Click HERE to view our current breakfast menu and again we ask you to take a look and make sure that there is a menu option to your liking on there. Please let us know if you have any allergies or special requirements prior to your arrival. Reservations are now also a requirement by our state and we will be serving both indoors and outdoors from 8:00 am until 10:00 am Monday – Friday and until 11:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition to our sit down breakfast we will be offering a convenient grab and go option for you to take with you for an early hike or a day trip and this is offered from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. This breakfast will consist of two options, a hot breakfast sandwich, whole fruit and juice or a continental option with a home made fruit parfait accompanied by Chef Brian’s house made granola, whole fruit, juice and a freshly baked muffin. 

Housekeeping:

Housekeeping service is not recommended by our state officials during your stay at this time. Your room will have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival and our housekeepers have been receiving additional training. If you need towels or any additional items during your stay you can always contact the front desk and we will be happy to provide these items. Should you prefer to bring your own pillows please let us know and we will remove ours from your guest room. Similarly if you would prefer to bring your own shampoo and amenities such as your own hairdryer please feel free to do so. Your personal comfort level is our priority. If you have had room service or accumulate excessive garbage during your stay and would like it removed, just give the front desk a call and leave outside your door for pick up. 

Amenities:

With the guidelines provided by our state at this time our gym and pool are open but with social distancing requirements may not be available at all times during your stay. We ask for your patience and understanding at this time. We also ask that you wear your mask at all times while checking in and out and in all public areas of the hotel. In addition we ask that you wear your mask while interacting with my dining room staff, for example when placing your order with the wait staff we ask that you wear your mask to keep my staff safe.
