Farm to Table Fare

At The Wentworth, we’re committed to serving farm to table, local fare wherever possible. Chef Brian Gazda in summer can often be seen on Saturday mornings at the Jackson Farmers Market and on Sunday mornings at the North Conway Farmers Market. If you ever visit us on a Friday evening you may run into “Bill the Mushroom Man” who has been providing us with wild mushrooms for over twenty years. Even in winter all of our meat, poultry and fish are sourced locally and delivered regularly to guarantee freshness.
