The main floor consists of an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area and a living room. Amenities include a gas fireplace, TV with premium channels, DVD player, stereo and a half bath. A balcony on this level has a nice view of the mountains. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV in the bedroom and a newly remodeled bathroom featuring a large Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. The second two bedrooms are located on the lower level, one having a king bed and one having two twin beds. The bedroom with the king bed has it’s own TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower arrangement. On this level there is also a family room with a TV and DVD and this level has a single pull out sleep sofa for additional sleeping.

The owners of this particular unit have invested considerable time and money into upgrading their unit and continue to do so, most recently taking up older carpets and replacing the flooring in the main level.
